All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.
We’re a small team here at Eva's World. Returns are processed once a week as a minimum, so please allow at least 7 working days before reaching out for an update. We will always contact you once your return is processed. Thank you!
If you would like to exchange an item for something of the same value, simply checkout as usual and use the code EXCHANGE. This will allow you to reserve the item with a 100% discount until the original item has been returned to us. Once the return has been processed, we will post your new item.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Please note, due to severe allergies we cannot accept items that are returned that have been in contact with animals; this includes cat and dog hairs. Orders that are returned with animal hairs are not regarded as suitable for re-sale. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Any orders returned to us due to refusal to pay customs charges will be refunded minus the postage charge.
